• Facade Improvements Grants available through the City of Brockton MAyors Office and Building A Better Brockton Inc. (BBB)/Brockton 21st Century Corporation for up to 50% of the costs of facade improvements.

  Please take a moment and review these documents:

    Any building Owner with in the City's Principal Business District (Main St)
    At least $5000.00 of construction costs
    No more then $20,000.00 of Construction Costs

  Requirements
    Project must be approved by BBB prior to construction
    Project must be in accordance with current City Building Codes and
      HUD regulations.
    Work must be done in accordance with Davis-Bacon wage guidelines
    Owner must pay 100% of construction costs through their own capital or
      other funding source.

  Funding
    Once completed and approved by BBB funding will be released to the
       building owner or contractor
    Businesses may be eligible for loans to help fund their project through
      SEED Corp. (see contact info below)
