Very little we can do to put the brakes on against the nonprofit social services. It is our reaction to the situations that is all we can do. “Homeless industrial complex.” Back to Win: we are not acting as a team to make things better in the city. Traffic enforcement example that we are reactive because we don’t have staff to be proactive. Our standards to maintain a quality of life are being disrespected. Cleanliness and maintenance of streets, sidewalks and signage is not being done. The citizens and taxpayers deserve urgency, synergy and purpose.
